Do I need an internet connection?

FaithStream TV and the ‘Stream’ packs require an internet connection to be able to watch the desired channels. ‘Sat’ packs work using a satellite dish and therefore do not require an internet connection. For more information regarding estimated internet usage, visit Internet Usage.

How do I subscribe?

Click on the desired package and follow the simple steps. It will only take a few minutes to sign up. View Packages.

Are there internet speed requirements?

The ‘Stream’ packs requires a stable internet connection. The recommended download speed required for an uninterrupted viewing experience in Standard Definition (SD) is 3Mbps. For an higher quality video experience a 5Mbps connection is needed. To test your internet connection, visit Speed Test.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You are able to make changes to your subscription via the account management page. You need to login to your account with your username and password to make changes. Visit My Account.

Streaming through the FaithStream TV device may incur additional data costs depending on your internet plan ‒ internet usage.
